Richard Wallace, MBA, PMP & Nancy Wallace MBA, PMP

Richard and Nancy Wallace met in May of 1998 and have been in a committed monogamous relationship ever since. Richard and Nancy were married in July 2001 with a blended family and have one married adult child and four teenage children that are actively involved in the arts, sports, and scouting. They have lived in the greater Dallas metropolitan area over 20 years. They enjoy traveling and consider themselves “foodies” who enjoy sharing a great meal with family and friends.

Richard has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University, and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Dallas. Nancy has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Grambling State University, and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Dallas. In addition to their professional education, certifications, and careers in Information Technology, Richard and Nancy volunteer in the community and share their commitment and devotion about marriage with others. Together they are certified Life Coaches, certified Marriage Coaches, certified facilitators for PREPARE/ENRICH, and skilled educators and trainers. They utilize Positive Psychology methodologies, Prepare & Enrich, You & Me Forever, and other assessments and tools when working with others to develop greater possibilities for their relationships. Partnering with you to develop goals for yourself, your relationships, and family.

Marriage & Life Coaching: There are many opportunities to pause, reflect, and reset. Take the opportunity to know who you are and what you want out of life and/or your marriage. They will help you develop a path based on your goals. Encouraging you along the way to live life at your full potential. They want to empower and inspire you to reach your greatest potential.

All coaching is personalized. It is tailored to each individual and each couple. They take you through different assessments to help you better identify different aspects about your personality and determine positive paths for you to move forward in life. They guide you through different assessments to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. They then help you develop a foundation and a path for attaining your goals.
